Cindy was born in Wichita Falls, but moved to Tyler at the age of 5. Her parents picked Tyler because they had never seen another place so clean and beautiful. In 1973, Cindy received her salesman license—at that time, you only had to have your license one year before you went back to take the Broker's test. She has seen many changes in the industry in that length of time.

In 1999, Cindy was chosen as "Realtor of the Year". She is presently Treasurer of the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors. Cindy has a special interest in Waterfront Property in the area and she manages one of the largest property management companies in Tyler, specializing in owners liquidating property or upgrading property.

I grew up hearing real estate all my life, so it was a natural for me to get my license 4 years ago. Just because I had heard it all my life and worked at a local title company still makes this the most interesting job in the world because every day you get to meet new people, look at different property and learn new ways constantly to make a deal close faster and save the Buyer money.

Welcome to our webpage! My name is Nadine Lewis. I grew up and still live in Noonday. I was married to Keith Lewis and had 1 son, 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. I have always enjoyed deer hunting and and often visit Castell, Texas, to hunt. I am a Real Estate Broker and have been for 32 years. Land is my specialty! Mr. Zigtema has been self-employed since 1986 in the printing equipment and supply business. He has spent many years buying and selling large pieces of printing equipment and has defined the art of buying and selling. With modern technology, commercial printers are going away so Sam has decided to get involved with the real estate full time.

Sam is no stranger to the real estate industry; he has been buying and selling real estate for about 20 years and currently owns several pieces of commercial, residential, and farm property. Sam went back to college and learned all the new rules, regulations, laws and techniques of the new real estate era and is ready to apply them to your real estate needs.

Sam has served as the president o the East Texas chapter of the printing and imaging association and on the state board of the PIA as well. Sam has served as a volunteer arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau since 1988. Sam's wife Jackie is a supervisor over the special education dept. at Jacksonville I.S.D. and has 2 children.

Sam is involved with organizations such as the Tyler Centurion Club, Henry Marsh Bell Lodge, Sharon Shrine, and is a member of the Scottish right. Sam asks his clients to define their purpose of buying or selling and he goes to work and truly enjoys acting as a buyer's agent or seller's agent and dedicates himself to the mission.

Having been in Tyler since 1979 knows his away around and looks forward to working with you. At their request, Sam will donate 5% of his net commission of his particular client's sale or purchase to the charity of their choice whether it be a church, red cross or any other non profit organization.
